In this vast place we call home, traveling across the globe has never been so easy or fun. However, planning a trip can become a major task.

Not only do you have to book airfare, hotels, museum tickets, and pack luggage, you also need to be vigilant and remain safe wherever you go. If you are going to a country or place you are unfamiliar with, reading up on safety beforehand is a must. Also, investing in travel insurance is also something that is being recommended by almost every country travel board now. Travel insurance will not only protect you financially, but will also give you peace of mind wherever you are.

The Riding My Survivor mutation is one of the hardest and most action intensive versus mutations yet. It is also a mutation where majority of the games you play may end with the surivors, on either team, never ever reaching the safe room or finishing the finale ever. Every infected in this versus mutation is a jockey, including the computer special infected.

This video is of Suicide Noobs playing the “Riding My Survivor” mutation on chapter 4, the finale, of Dead Center.

Facts about “Riding My Survivor” Mutation – from Suicide Noobs

  1. For Versus matches.
  2. Every infected is a jockey, including computer infected.
  3. All jockeys run faster, have more health and cause more damage.
  4. Absolutely no hordes or other zombies of any kind except Tanks.

  1. Keep moving!
  2. All players stick together like glue!

  1. Attack in groups! Easier to bring down 2 survivors while other confused survivors decide which survivor to help first!
  2. Aim for players who have low health or are alone.

The Guardin’ Gnome achievement basically gives you an award when you carry the Gnome from chapter 2 of Dark Carnival all the way onto the chopper in the Chapter 5 finale of Dark Carnival. Anyone can carry the gnome onto the helicopter; everyone who needs the achievement will get the achievement then.

This is the finale chapter of Dark Carnival. Remember, anyone in the finale can take the gnome onto the helicopter, carrying the gnome with them that is, to get everyone in the team that achievement. If you are dying on the stage while your teammates escape with the gnome, you will still get the Guardin’ Gnome achievement.

Tips for Guardin’ Gnome Achievement – from Suicide Noobs

  1. You can start Dark Carnival Ch2 & score 750 pts in Peanut Gallery to get the gnome.
  2. You can use the gnome as a weapon or to push off zombies.
  3. Gnome will take up a lot of your viewing space. Get used to it.
  4. The gnome does not need to be held at all times. Drop him to fight & help teammates!
  5. You can drop gnome in end safe rooms. He’ll re-appear in new chapters.
  6. Gnome must make it onto the helicopter with any survivor in the finale.
  7. Anyone can carry the gnome. You can switch turns too.
  8. Chompsky can get stuck in holes & other places. Throw him carefully!
  9. You can pick up pills & adrenaline without having to drop Chompsky.
  10. Protect the person who’s carrying the gnome!
  • Did you know CHOMPSKY is the name of the Gnome?

The Guardin’ Gnome achievement in Left 4 Dead 2 is awarded when a player carries the gnome from chapter 2 of Dark Carnival all the way to the finale of the campaign, onto the helicopter.

Since the achievement involves a gnome, you can start the game in any lobby directly from chapter 2. Or you can join any existing game at any point up until Chapter 2 and get the gnome. Getting the gnome by playing the Peanut Gallery game automatically starts the achievement progress.

The Guardin’ Gnome achievement in Left 4 Dead 2 is given to players who carry Gnome Chompsky from chapter 2 all the way to the helicopter finale of Dark Carnival. This is Chapter 2, “The Coaster”, of Dark Carnival. You can start your game directly from Chapter 2 and get the achievement after you finish the finale.

2 : Here are some good free programs to help you extract [unzip] zip files. Any of these will do. Pick one, try it and become a master at it:

Universal Extractor: http://www.legroom.net/software/uniextract – I use it almost every other hour or so. For me, the best universal compression extractor on the planet. It’s dead simple, and deadly powerful! It does one thing perfectly and one thing only: uncompresses [extracts] almost all compressed file types on the planet. It may be very hard to use for many since it comes with no graphical interface and is entirely based around a single dialog box and the command prompt.

7-zip: http://www.7-zip.org A very good program. I used it a year ago I think and chose something else then because it felt a bit hard to use. If you are smarter than a charger and me, use it! Compresses and uncompresses [extracts] files. Has a graphical interface that many like.

PeaZip: http://www.peazip.org Never used it myself. Comes highly recommended by others though.

You cannot shoot a single bullet, even into the sky. You cannot throw molotovs, pipe bombs or bile jars. You cannot light or blow anything up. You have to use a melee weapon to kill. If you have guns, you have to make sure you don’t shoot even a single bullet in the entire campaign, whether or not you use a melee weapon to kill.
