Nevada and Rhode Island hold a distinction that none of the other 48 states in the United States enjoy: Legalized Prostitution. In all other states, prostitution results in a fine, imprisonment or both. Majority of the prostitutes and pimps in the United States and many around the world work underground and in hidden networks in order to make more money. In majority of the United States culture and in many other countries, students and children are told that prostitution is a bad profession and that prostitutes and pimps have no dignity.
Street prostitution is illegal throughout United States, while escort services prostitution are indirectly allowed in many places. Nevada has some areas where brothels are legal. Outside the United States, many countries have legalized prostitution in order to combat different things or come up with different benefits.
Today, we ask the question: Should Prostitution Be A Legalized And Well Respected Profession?
Our focus for this question revolves on the prostitute him/her/itself, and not any pimp.
