You can call their DSL customer support number 1-877-722-3755, and ask for the “Customer retention department” [or call that department directly at 800-579-7861 or 213-339-9910, or 714-339-7529] to talk to any agent in that specific department to have your price changed from your current price to the new special. Remember, be polite at all times. If the “rep” on the other end of the line will not change your price or you are not being transferred to the retention department without headaches, you can always call back again within a few minutes to talk to someone else who may be “nicer.”
