Hotmail emails not accessible in Firefox
At the moment, Hotmail is for some reason restricting access to emails for some users who use Firefox; you can log into your Hotmail account, but you cannot view any messages in that browser. All you see is the image below. Accessing Hotmail with Internet Explorer works normally and without any issues. This may be a glitch or an update that resulted in a glitch and should hopefully be solved soon. I have contacted Microsoft about this.
This issue is affecting my hotmail accounts and I have confirmed this with some other users also. Clicking on any folder, including the “Inbox” folder to view current new messages or the “Junk Email” folder, results in just a message that there are no new messages for that folder.
Besides that issue, the disk space in the email accounts is being reported incorrectly in Firefox, as shown below. Internet Explorer shows the disk space correctly, however.
Internet Explorer works fine and shows all the emails and their contents normally.

Update
The issue seems to be resolved now. Emails and their contents are now being shown correctly in Firefox and disk space useage is also being reported correctly. If you are still experiencing issues with your Hotmail or MSN account, please let me know or post here.

I cannot acces my folders (like sent, inbox, draft, etc) in my hotmail account with the mozilla firefox navigator.
This happened since 2 days ago. I solved it in I explorer 7, but cannot in the Firefox.
Any help???

Hi Jack. Sorry for the late reply!
I think back then, the hotmail team was making some modifications to the hotmail Live website and its special features that were only accessible in IE or its variants. Can you access or click such accounts now in Firefox? I can click and access the different folders through Firefox, so I am guessing it may be the version of Firefox or maybe the type of hotmail I have [more below].
You can always switch back and forth from classic view/features to the new hotmail, right on the home page when you log into hotmail. Have you tried that to see if that solves the issue?
