The book is around 112 pages, and you will not put it down easily if you run a business or work in a management position. Everyone else will find the management skills very interesting that they can adopt easily by customizing them a bit to suit their daily lives. The book talks about a manager who runs things the simple yet effective way, employing techniques which make his company perform very well and makes his employees very productive in his work. The net result is a smooth communication between him and his employees. The book will take you through the different methods and rules employed by this manager in detail, leading you up to each rule through a narrative that employees a very good story-telling technique to narrate to you the experience of a person who is looking for a good manager to work for, and to learn how such a manager works. The whole book revolves entirely almost upon a single meeting between the person who wants to learn more and work for a good manager and the ideal manager himself.
