Now playing: Does Renting Books Really Save You Money?

Back from the trip – 05/28/07

28 May

I am back from my recent trip.

I would like to thank Ronald for helping me out with my posting schedule over at Reader Appreciation Project with his excellent article “15 Traits of the Ideal Reader.” I was expecting to be back near the computer by Sunday evening so that I could go ahead and resume my writing on RA Project. Unfortunately, I could not do that, and Ronald covered my shift. Thanks Ronald; I owe you lunch. I’ll order, and you’ll pay. :)

I would also like to thank Andrew for guest writing during my trip with his post “Why on earth do we do it?.” Andrew, I owe you lunch also; we will both order, and Ronald will pay.

If you e-mailed me during the last 4 days, you should get a response from my within the next few hours, as I have many e-mails to go through. If you do not get a response from my by midnight tonight, please e-mail me again as I may have overlooked your e-mail.

Thank you. Now the site operations can return to normal.

    Welcome back, Bes.
Will you let me join the three of you for lunch? I didn’t do much other than missing you and impatiently waiting for you safe arrival? :-)

LOL Bes. Sounds like I owe two people lunches then. When’s the meet-up? South by Southwest next year? I already have a place to stay in Austin. :)

Inspirationbit, thank you. :) Yes, you can join, since you missed me and impatiently waited to hear about my safe return. :)

    SP, thanks! :)

Ronalfy, you owe three people now [including Vivien]. We meet probably somewhere North by Northwest, by the corn fields.

Hmmm, Austin it is then, or somewhere near where you are now! ;)

Perhaps you can airmail mine, I shall have to choose something cold.

Overnight FedEX delivery, noted. :) Yes, something cold may be better, like chocolate or even noodles that you can cook yourself. Something even better would be a meal waiting for you at a local restaurant.
