Tagged for meme # 1 : Four things

Posted in General by Bes on Jan 15, 2006

Hi. If you are new here, you may want to read more about me and this site. You can add me on Facebook, BrightKite, MySpace and Twitter. You can also subscribe to the RSS feed if you wish. Thank you for visiting and reading! : ) I really appreciate it.

I’ve been tagged by Dawn for a meme. If you wish, you can read about what meme means.

Let’s get started with the meme, shall we?

Four Jobs You’ve Had In Your Life:
Human resources specialist
Delivery guy for Pizza Hut
Online business owner
Waiter at Denny’s

Four Movies You Would Watch Over and Over:
There are so many good movies out there that I’m actually making a separate section for movies. Here are, in no specific order, 4 random movies that I think you should see:

My Sassy Girl [Korean subtitles] [comedy & romantic - so unique, it may really affect your real life]
The Good, the Bad, and the Ugly [action & western - it's a cinematic achievement in almost every form and nothing better has been made in history yet]
OldBoy [Korean subtitles] [action, mystery, suspense, thriller - one of the best in history and evidence of the brilliance of Korean cinema ]
The Day of the Jackal [spy, Espionage, thriller, suspense - the best in its kind, period. See this movie and you may never want to say that any other movie in any of these genres is better than this one]

Four Places You Have Lived:
This can be a huge list, including the new so-called axis-of-evil and their probable friend countries, so I’ll keep the list small and clean for now

Russia
Americas
England
Romania

Four TV Shows You Love To Watch:
Here I’ll assume it’s TV shows and not cartoons like The Simpsons and South Park

Everybody Loves Raymond
King of Queens
Arrested Development
X-files

Four Places You Have Been On Vacation:
Frankfurt
Moscow
London
Berkeley

Four Websites You Visit Daily:
If I list 4, that would mean singling out 4 specific website and putting them above the rest. I don’t want to do that, so I’ll list my links section as the answer, since I visit every website on it everyday or whenever I can, in no specific preference or order. Choose any 4 websites on that list and that’s my answer.

Four of Your Favorite Foods:
Spicy tune Sushi – cut roll
Thai fried rice with either chicken or beef
Buffalo Chicken Strips at Denny’s
A good steak & OREO Madness at TGIF

Four Places You Would Rather Be Right Now:
Berkeley
London
Frankfurt
Moon or Mars

Four Bloggers You Are Tagging:
Tagging sometimes sounds like it’s a required duty. It’s not; if one doesn’t wish to do a meme because of not having enough time or not being interested or for any reason, one can simply not do a meme. Thus, when i tag someone, that doesn’t mean I’m singling someone out or expecting something out of them and if they don’t do it, I’ll consider it rude. No way; since I myself have begged my leave out of many memes invitations before. These 4 bloggers were chosen randomly. I simply picked a random number and then found that site number on my links list and chose them.

Valerie
Blanca
Sumin
Sawai

Thank you for reading, and thanks Dawn for tagging me. Grin

I want to travel overseas someday, though my fear of flight is not going to get me off the ground to easily.

I also like your choice of movies!

LOL. It’s always fun to participate in those. Grin Btw…you watch Korean dramas as well? Smile They’re sooo good. I haven’t seen My Sassy Girl, but I’m attempting to finish the All About Eve series.

Wow, aren’t you quite the traveler! Makes me feel so… well, young. Smile And I *love* The King of Queens. I think everyone should watch it… the first time I did was a fluke, and now I’m addicted.

Dawn — > I hope you go all around the world one day and tell us about it. Smile Regarding the choice of movies, heh, thanks. Smile

Birdie — > Yes, I love Korean and neighboring dramas. I haven’t seen All About Eve yet; you should watch My Sassy Girl. It’s soo goooood! Grin

Valerie — > Haha, yes sorry. Razz Heh, ok, I’ll tell you about it someday but it’s going to be boring; Sumin can tell you that too. Razz

Thanks for doing the meme; Grin going to comment on it soon.

Celestial — > I traveled under weird circumstances, lol. Heh, now I feel old as always. Razz King of Queens is really good indeed! Everyone should watch it. The acting is topnotch; no wonder, since they’re all good actors in movies too.

Sawai — > Grin Wow, I must have seen into the future then. Razz

Lara — > Yes they are, and their movies are awesome too. How was it like in Korea?

Oh, now I want an Oreo Madness too! Shock I think I’ll go after this comment to see if I can get one. Razz

Chau — > Yes, I’ve lived in those countries and a few others before. As for which country I liked the best, hmmm, let me think about it for a few days and I’ll post it here again. Smile

Otto K — > !!!!!!!!! I didn’t know about that! What’s wrong with FOX? First they canceled the show and brought it back. Then they cancel it again and throw it down the drain, and now they actually make sure that not many people watch it. That show is brilliant and one of the best to ever come on tv!

I really hope some other network picks up the show and continues it again, the way X-files did when Fox ditched them and they moved onto somewhere else [I think it was Sci-Fi channel or somewhere].
