Saying hi and bye to winter, spring and summer

Posted in General by Bes on Apr 14, 2006

Yesterday was very warm, giving the sun lovers a chance to rejoice. Summer is supposedly already here for many people, yet it was extremely cold and it rained all of last week. Isn’t summer supposed to be warm [heaven forbid] all the time? I’m rather confused, sometimes, when the usual terminology at work or for classes is that spring starts in January, summer in July, and Fall in August. Autumn isn’t that famous, so no one talks about it. In my view, this year spring came around March, and and still fighting back and forth with the aftereffects of winter.

Summer is here now, trying to fight both spring and winter. Yesterday, people were enjoying the sunny day, cursing out the prolonged cold and saying that it was a sign of death for anything related to coldness. And today, it’s raining really nicely, and it’s getting cold again. Death to what? No one really knows.

Here’s a picture of the backyard area, taken today, April 14th, 2006. It is raining, and the weather is turning into something beautiful.

Hehe, yep… 24 hours ago here, it was bright and sunny, and I loved it! Now it’s raining again… :(

    I like the photo. :)

You’re lucky it’s raining there. It’s summer here and it’s sooo hot. It doesn’t help that I live in a tropical country.

Kxia — > Thanks. :D How is the weather there now?
