Regarding the DSL, I hope you got it all sorted out by now. :)

Hmmmmm I wonder if I ever blogged about that. Basically I was asking him a question about a converter thing that turns a memory card into a jump drive. He thought it was already a jump drive (shaped like one) and I had to say, no, look, and explain to him what it did. He started laughing and said, "do you need a job? we're hiring." lol Too far for me to drive for $9 though.

Man the DSL stuff is confusing. I hate having to deal with this!! I guess I'll call them tomorrow. I keep forgetting about it... not that I've been home anyway.

Heh, don't worry about the html, your post looks perfect. :D

Regarding Yahoo DSL, hmmm, they have an offer right now for DSL for $17 right only for new customers, but existing customers can get it also by contacting various numbers. Try to see if you can get that deal. I don't know why they're increasing the price; here the price is going to remain the same, hmmm. Also, once you have a contract, unless you end the contract and start again, the price should increase. Call them [instead of being called] and ask for the lowest price possible, as if you're a new customer. Ignore their request to give them your info [or make up some info] to get the quotes, and then try to get the same price through that same person. I will try to email you soon of a few places online with more information on how to get a cheaper price.

About Best Buy, they're like the guys at Fry's [frys.com] ; they keep telling you stuff they don't understand, yet make you think you are in good hands. lol @ Circuit City employee, he should be embarrassed [have to find that link on your site to read more..]

Gah don't get me started on Yahoo... now I'm getting notices from them that my DSL will go up $10 when my contract is up in December even though I have talked to them about this twice and it's not supposed to because blah blah blah. So yeah, I get to call them again.
No, people don't know anything. I wondered at Best Buy the other day how much the guy was telling me was sincere and how much was just him trying to make a sale?
I am also reminded of me in Circuit City a couple of months ago - about how I taught the employee something.
