Try calling Sprint PCS service to “see which day the contract ends”, using the exact phrases in the quotes. If you get the answer “Yes, let me check that, and I am sorry you are having this issue, and I will try my best to solve this issue and try to make your experience with us better” is not necessary since you are only asking for the date, not dinner or a thrill ride coupon.
The manager over at my local Cingular wireless services told me the best way to solve the problem of changing my number [instead of porting it], was to call the 200+ contacts and leave a message.
