    Hi Okinawa. Sorry for the late response. I do not remember, but yes, she is the one that was shown on NHK Tv long time ago if I am not mistaken, so she may be the same person.

    Are you interested in what she tries to do?

    I was just given a Japanese cookery book for my birthday and was recommend by the author to have a read about Hatsume Sato. I have a recipe for Omusubi and can’t wait to try it out. I wonder what is in it that seems to help with depression?
